• Register one account only — holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

Biru777 reserves the right to reject a registration application or terminate an existing account without providing a reason where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud or the use of false information.

You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, and/or other supporting documents prior to your first withdrawal or when your account balance exceeds a certain threshold.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Biru777 supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions on biru777 are subject to the following conditions:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 per transaction

• Deposits will be credited to your biru777 account within 1 to 5 minutes of a successful payment
• Every deposit must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM30 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for most payment methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for your deposit
• A successful identity verification (KYC) is required for your first withdrawal
• Biru777 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees

5Bonus & Promotions

6Game Rules

All games available on biru777 — including slots, blackjack, poker, roulette, live casino, football betting, badminton, e-sports and virtual sports — are subject to the following rules:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified and audited to ensure complete fairness
• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed once completed
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, biru777 reserves the right to void or suspend the round in question and return the stake to the player
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are as stated within each game and may vary by game type
• For live Sports Betting, odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled.

7Prohibited Conduct

3. Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in Poker and blackjack
4. Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or providing false information solely to claim bonuses repeatedly
5. Hacking & Unauthorised Access: Any attempt to access biru777's systems, servers or databases without authorisation
6. False Information: Submitting forged identity documents or false personal information during registration or the KYC process

8Account Closure & Suspension

Biru777 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

You may also close your biru777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Once your account has been closed at your request, any eligible balance (after deducting bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you within 3 business days.
